These Terms of Use govern access to and use of abrahm.com.br, the website of the Brazilian Academy of Merit Honors, maintained by the Centro de Integração Cultural e Empresarial de São Paulo (CICESP), registered under CNPJ No. 03.835.573/0001-23, the Academy’s maintaining entity (together, “ABRAHM”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. You may not:

- attempt to access restricted areas, bypass the forms’ protections or overload the website;

- use ABRAHM’s name, coats of arms or insignia to suggest a non-existent affiliation, authorization or honor.

Requests and referrals
Submitting a recognition request or a referral does not guarantee that an honor will be conferred. Each request is reviewed under ABRAHM’s regulations, and ABRAHM decides independently. The information submitted must be truthful; false data may lead to rejection or revocation of the honor.

Limitation of liability
We work to keep the website available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
